The intimate development located in Randogne combines the prestige of an Alpine location with a modern approach to architecture and a high standard of living.

The project comprises three residential buildings harmoniously integrated into the mountain landscape. The architecture and materials used reference the local Alpine tradition while offering contemporary comfort and functionality expected by premium segment clients.

Client's Expectations

The developer sought a tool that would allow the project's uniqueness and value, including price level, to be explained in a visual and understandable way through visual experience rather than mere description. Full consistency of the 3D Twin with the architecture and character of the development was crucial, so that the form of presentation would reinforce the project rather than dominate it. An important expectation was also the ability to reach buyers located far from the implementation site, including international clients. The model was to convey the prestige and standard of the development through the highest visual quality, lighting, and material realism. At the same time, a broadly applicable solution was expected—a single tool that effectively supports sales and marketing both online and in the sales office.

In response to these needs, we prepared an interactive 3D Twin that captures the character of the project and its relationship with the surroundings. The tool was designed to guide the recipient through the key advantages of the development while leaving space for individual interpretation and sales conversation. 3D Twin supports both inspirational presentation and more in-depth analysis of the offer, depending on the context of use. The whole constitutes a flexible communication tool, adapted for work with both local and international clients.
