Greenford Quay is currently the largest multifamily rental community in London, featuring 2,118 units ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom units, along with commercial spaces, resident amenities, and open community areas. When the leading UK marketing agency Intelligent Mobile was tasked with developing a new website and marketing strategy for the project, they turned to 3D Estate to deliver a world-class, interactive 3D solution that would make the development stand out and revolutionize the rental process.

The agency’s client, a global leader in multifamily rentals and student housing, was looking for an innovative solution to effectively capture the complexity and uniqueness of Greenford Quay. Traditional property presentation methods were considered no longer adequate. They sought new, interactive, and highly engaging formats to better attract prospects and emphasize the exceptional nature of the development. The key was an integrated online solution that powered both the website and the sales center experience.

As part of the Greenford Quay package, premium 3D animations and renderings were produced. These assets are used for social media campaigns, displayed on digital screens in sales centers, and featured in online advertising to enhance the project’s visibility.
